At Haspel, we take pride in our heritage of quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
